It enables assembling and sending converged bills for telephony, internet and other types of services, driving service provisioning based on service agreement information, supports massive rental equipment accounting and multiple service providers & resellers in single environment.

 

System includes CDRs collection. Pricing process calculates sale price and cost for every CDR according to used tariff plan. Phone module includes also management of internal number pool and number portability support. Integrated interconnection billing enables to assemble invoices and check traffic between interconnection operators.

 

Accounting of customer premises equipment enables operators to use single system to handle device data. terabill.com supports full lifecycle of devices, including purchase and depreciation. It allows to monitor location, availability and statuses of different devices near to real time, because movement transactions are linked to activities in main CRM module.

 

Invoicing, sales ledger, debtors management and revenue assurance are parts of main CRM module, together with customers and agreements database. Product portfolio management belongs also here. Campaign and discounting modules add operativity and flexibility to marketing and sales.
