Neotel DOO and Terabill Ltd finished successfully setup project of Terabill's system in Macedonia.

Neotel DOO uses terabill.com to handle their customers and agreements, phone and internet services and products, to bill customers and to drive service activation using Services Order Module.

Elion Ettevõtted AS started to use Terabill software to serve certain part of their cable and wireless internet customers.

System gathers service usage data (CDRs). Charges for all customer services - telephony, internet, service call - are integrated into single bill for each customer. Terabill software processes receivables, monitors customer balances. Sales and financial information is available from reporting module.

Automated service provisioning is implemented regarding tight cooperation between billing and services activation software. Activation and termination of services is driven by new and closed service agreements registered in billing and customer care system.

Terabill signed first billing setup contract in Lithuania with Norby Telecom UAB.

Setup includes business process verification (to agree, which processes are modeled by billing and which billing modules are used), installation of application and database, configuring system and training lessons.
